These prices are based on events held at The College of Radiographers
on SATURDAY-SUNDAY.
40 per hour or part thereof will be charged for
bookings outside these times. Larger meeting capacities
may be available on request. Please note these prices
do not include VAT
MR = Meeting Room
Full day = 09:30-17:00
Half day = 09:30-13:00 or 13:30-17:00
Conditions of Hire
| 1. | All arrangements for the hire of rooms, goods or services are made between The College of Radiographers and the customer. Contracts may not be entered into direct with suppliers to The College of Radiographers. |
| 2. | All catering shall be undertaken by The College of Radiographers or its contractors; no outside catering is permitted. |
| 3. | The College of Radiographers shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to any property arising out of holding of a function or any injury sustained during the holding of an event arising from any cause whatsoever, or for any loss due to any breakdown of machinery, failure of supply of electricity or telephone, leakage of water, flood, fire, riot, government restriction or act of God which may cause the premises to be temporarily closed or the event interrupted. |
| 4. | The customer shall be responsible for insuring all their own equipment brought onto the premises and for any damage caused to The College of Radiographers property or fixtures by any person, equipment or exhibits brought onto the premises by the customer. |
| 5. | The customer shall be responsible for paying all charges arising out of the booking including the cancellation fee. The scale of cancellation charges is as follows: |

| 6. | The deposit of 50% of the room hire charge must be received by the Event Services Department together with the completed booking form prior to the meeting. An invoice for the balance of room hire, catering and audiovisual equipment charges will be issued after the meeting. Payment will be due 14 days from the receipt of invoice. Should the customer fail to pay any invoices within this period, The College of Radiographers shall reserve the right to cancel any contractual agreements with the customer without notice. |
