SoR student conference 2008
The SoR is urging students to check with their tutor that their HEI will be represented at the second annual conference for students.
Held on 19 February 2008, the event will be an opportunity for students of all years to meet and hear from speakers.
Topics will include: The changing nature of the NHS and implications for the workforce, and the transition from student to working life. The event will also include the UK launch of the SoR student network.
All HEIs have been invited to nominate a total of two first or second year students (first, second and third for four year programmes) to attend. Places are free and travel expenses will be paid.
Registration forms have been sent to all HEIs but please contact SoR administrator student support, Michele Landau, for information or assistance.
The registration deadline is 21 December 2007.
