DXA Special Interest Group

This special interest group is aimed at anyone with an interest in bone densitometry and DXA across the United Kingdom and Ireland.


This special interest group is aimed at anyone with an interest in bone densitometry and DXA across the United Kingdom and Ireland committed to promoting and advancing practice, supporting best practice, collaborative working, identifying current challenges and sharing knowledge and expertise.  

There is no requirement for membership of the Society of Radiographers, this group is open to all healthcare professionals with an interest in bone densitometry, DXA scanning and reporting.

Membership

Membership of the DXA Special Interest Group will be free of charge on application to the chair. The group will be self-funding, individual members will be expected to cover their own expenses to attend any study days, conferences etc.

The group will be registered as a Special Interest Group (SIG) on the SoR website.
