This first Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (EDIB) Annual Report sets out the Society of Radiographers and College of Radiographers’ progress to date in strengthening EDIB across our organisation and across the profession. It summarises what we have put in place, what we have learned, what has changed, and where we will prioritise action next.
