They interpret and evaluate relevant information and ideas, being aware of the nature of their area of work and of different perspectives or approaches.
Senior Clinical Support Workers identify, select, and use practical skills, methods & procedures to inform actions when completing tasks; while also reviewing how effective their methods and actions have been overall.

T Levels offer students practical and knowledge-based learning at a school or college and on-the-job experience through an industry placement of at least 315 hours – approximately 45 days.
