    About you

    Exciting opportunities are available for qualified medical imaging technologists (MITs) who want to make a positive impact while working in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary, and supportive team. We are looking for MITs who are passionate about delivering quality care to our patients. With roles in general medicine at MIT as well as a range of subspecialties, MRI and nuclear medicine are available across the country.

    Positions are available across New Zealand with immediate start dates, or you can speak with our recruitment team about your plans to move to New Zealand.

    Registration with MRTB (Medical Radiation Technologist Board) and licensing as a medical imaging technologist (MIT) is required. Practitioners need to meet competency standards and hold annual practising certificates (APCs) to work safely and effectively. More information on this can be found on our career site.

    Salary and benefits

    With four weeks of annual leave and twelve paid public holidays you have time to explore our beautiful country and raise a family in our diverse communities. Along with your base salary you will have ongoing professional development and will work alongside a multi-disciplinary and supportive team.

    • Medical Imaging Technologists (excluding MRI and Nuclear Medicine Technologists) annual salaries range NZ $63K - NZ $118K plus allowances 
    • MRI and Nuclear Medicine Technologists: annual salaries range NZ $92K - NZ $119K plus allowances 

    Additional allowances are paid on top of base salary and vary due to location and service.
