We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Data Analyst to join the Chief Executive’s Office. Working closely with the Knowledge Manager and colleagues across the organisation, you will turn organisational data into reliable insights that support planning and decision-making.
This is a broad, hands-on role with ownership across the analytical lifecycle. You will work with colleagues to understand the questions they need to answer, develop proportionate analysis plans, prepare and analyse data, and communicate findings as clear, practical recommendations.
You will work with data from internal systems such as our CRM, website, survey platform and marketing platform. You will be building dashboards in Microsoft Power BI. You will develop repeatable data processes, strengthen data quality and documentation, and contribute to data modelling and database design using Microsoft platforms such as SQL Server, Azure SQL or Microsoft Fabric.
You will be trusted to progress work independently, apply sound judgement and seek guidance where appropriate. You will communicate confidently with both technical and non-technical audiences and help colleagues use data effectively. We are looking for someone who combines strong technical capability with clear communication, sound judgement and a practical, collaborative approach.
At the Society and College of Radiographers, you'll be part of an organisation whose work directly supports the radiography profession and benefits patients across the UK.
