Summary
This document was published in 2002. It contains research findings and gives recommendations that have often been cited by others in later publications. To ensure that it remains available for today’s researchers to access it is maintained on the ‘active’ part of the document library. Clearly much has changed with respect to healthcare provision since 2002 but the research within and the recommendations arising from it remain relevant today
