The next Annual General Meeting of the Society of Radiographers will take place on Friday 9 July 2021 at 4pm. The AGM is where members adopt our accounts and approve the appointment of our auditors. Additionally this year, we want to ask members to approve a change to our Articles so that Council can hold this meeting as a hybrid or on-line only meeting in future.
This year we are able to do this because of the extraordinary circumstances of the pandemic. To review the proposed Article amendments, please see here.
The AGM agenda will cover the following:
- Review of minutes of the 2020 Annual General Meeting of the Society of Radiographers held on 25th September 2020
- Receive, consider and adopt audited accounts for the year ended 30th September 2020, together with the reports of the Council and the Auditors
- To re-appoint Crowe UK LLP as Auditors and to authorise the Council to fix their remuneration
- To adopt the Articles of Association
Members who are entitled to attend and vote will be provided full details on how to register by email. Please note that due to current restrictions the AGM will be held virtually.
