The SoR is asking members to complete a survey investigating how they record and manage their Continuing Professional Development.
Feedback will support the society to understand how its members approach continuing professional development (CPD), highlight challenges and identify ways to improve the tools and support that are available.
Those who take part in the survey are also in with a chance to win a limited number of £25 John Lewis vouchers.
Safe and effective practice
This survey is open to all members, including radiography professionals, radiography learners and assistant practitioners.
CPD refers to learning activities undertaken by professionals to maintain, develop, and enhance their knowledge, skills, and competencies throughout their careers.
Engaging in CPD regularly is important in ensuring that radiographers continue to practice safely and effectively.
The survey will take just a few minutes to complete, and can be done whenever it is convenient. All responses will be treated with confidentiality.
