Dream of becoming a therapeutic radiographer? Apply for the Valerie Carr Award!

Are you a radiotherapy department assistant who dreams of becoming a therapeutic radiographer but feel you would find it challenging to start such an undergraduate degree?

Or perhaps you became aware of the fulfilling career as a therapeutic radiographer after graduating after your first degree and wish to change career?

Well, we at the College of Radiographers are able to help to fulfil your dreams.

As the Chair of the College Board of Trustees Board of Trustees I am delighted to introduce you all to the Valerie Carr Award. Due to her generous legacy we are able to financially support you in England through your 3 year degree in radiotherapy / therapeutic radiography and in Wales we can provide to students support of a £6k per year throughout your degree.

This award is only available in England and Wales as we have to adhere to the conditions of her bequest.
