The organisation for pregnancy and baby loss has issued a progress review about how the initiative has grown over the past 12 months and the resources available to sonographers.

The National Bereavement Care Pathway (NBCP) exists to improve the 'quality of care for families at all stages of pregnancy and baby loss up to 12 months in neonatal settings or sudden infant death'.
