Those interested in attending should submit their expressions of interest form by 10 October 2025

SoR members are invited to register their interest in attending the 2026 Annual Delegates’ Conference (ADC), which will take place on 27-29 April 2026.

Like the 2025 conference, ADC 2026 will take place in the Novotel London West in Hammersmith.

The annual event draws up to 300 SoR members to help form the strategic direction of the Society, and the radiography profession as a whole. This membership consists of regional representatives, regional and national officers and UK Council members.

Regions and nations are welcome to propose motions at ADC and send a delegate to the conference. Would-be delegates must be current SoR members and also be able to attend ADC in full, including the conference dinners, regardless of whether overnight accommodation was asked for.

Motions selected for ADC by the Delegate Conference Committee (DCC) will be discussed and debated by conference attendees. If the motion is carried, it is passed to the UK Council for consideration.

What does ADC do for members?

ADC allows members to:

● Engage with SoR matters across professional practice and industrial relations

● Present motions on behalf of their committee

● Take part in elections to join the DCC and/or become an Observer to the SCoR UK Council

● Meet and network with SoR members from across the UK

Express your interest in attending ADC 2026

To register interest for a place at ADC, complete the expressions of interest form here by the 10 October 2025 deadline. Delegates will receive accommodation, train travel (or flights if they are pre-approved) to and from ADC and lunch, dinner and snacks provided by the venue.

Although registering interest does not guarantee a delegate place at the conference, all applicants will receive access to the ADC app to watch the conference live. Conference places are decided by delegate leads, and will be allocated in early 2026.
