Forthcoming AHP support workforce webinar

Health Education England (HEE) will be hosting a webinar as part of their national AHP support workforce programme.

Taking place on Tuesday 22 February 2022 between 12.00 - 13.30, the webinar builds on the implementation phase of HEE’s AHP support workforce journey, which includes the published AHP Support Worker Competency, Education and Career Development Framework and the guidance on roles & responsibilities for the diagnostic imaging support workforce and diagnostic radiography support workforce literature review.


The session aims to engage, inspire, and encourage colleagues to partner with us in this longer term strategy. It will cover:

  • HEE’s national vision for the AHP support workforce
  • The framework and other useful resources
  • The guidance on roles & responsibilities for the diagnostic imaging support workforce and the literature review and expert group survey
  • Collaborative next steps
  • Support available from HEE regional and national teams

 
The event is aimed at but not exclusive to:

  • Radiographer support workers & AHP support workers
  • Radiographers & other AHPs
