Registration for the UK Imaging and Oncology (UKIO) conference is officially open for interested parties to purchase tickets.
Taking place from 8-10 June at the ACC Liverpool venue, attendees can receive a 10 per cent discount off the already discounted price by purchasing their ticket before 12 January.
Additionally, only five weeks remain for attendees to submit their abstracts to be considered for presentation.
UKIO is the country’s largest multidisciplinary event in the field, taking place every year at the ACC Liverpool.
This year’s theme is ‘Putting humanity at the centre of healthcare: In the age of the machine’, focused on ensuring that as technology transforms the industry, the human experience remains at its heart.
The conference is home to showcases of cutting-edge practice-based content for a multidisciplinary audience. Attendees join up with like-minded professionals, gain up to three days of CPD, and visit a large professional exhibition of the latest equipment, services and technology.
Dedicated sessions are available for trainees and students, alongside hands-on and case-based workshops, curated sessions on innovation, technology and service delivery, a full wellbeing programme, and a focus on research, with proffered papers sessions, ePosters, and the return of the Research hub and the Pitch your Project initiative.
For 2026, the conference now also includes a dedicated stream for radiologists, a new look stream for radiology trainees, a revamp of the radiotherapy hub, and the introduction of a social event at the end of the first day.
A spokesperson for the event said: “Don't miss your chance to have your work recognised by key professionals from the imaging and oncology communities.”
