Are you a student or recent graduate and looking for a well-established internship opportunity? The Nurse and Allied Health Professionals internship scheme is open and taking applications.
If you have an interest in clinical research into the personal impact of arthritis and musculoskeletal diseases and have a First or a 2:1 degree or predicted 2019 degree, you could be involved in this opportunity.
The eight-week placement will run full-time from 1 July until 23 August 2019 and is available at seven research institutions: Keele, Glasgow, Caledonian, Leeds, Southampton, Salford, Oxford, and West of England, Bristol.
Successful applicants will have the chance to work in a centre of excellence of RMDs research and alongside some of the UK’s leading allied health researchers.
You’ll also be using state-of-the-art equipment, attending study days, be involved in self-contained research and participate in multi-professional seminars and workshops.
Placements are unpaid, but successful candidates will receive £1000 towards costs and will become a part of a specialist network of new researchers and intern alumni.
The deadline for applications is Monday, 4 March. Contact Mary Fry to apply.
