You have one month left to submit your proffered papers and posters for the Annual Radiotherapy Conference 2018, taking place 26-28 January in Newcastle. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to raise your professional profile and be recognised.

Submit your abstract before 1 September 2017via the online form, to be in with a chance of presenting your proffered poster or paper at the conference. Please click here for full details.

We welcome proffered papers and posters from students within the topic areas of:

  • Innovative Radiotherapy
  • Accuracy and Safety
  • Effectiveness of the Technical Approaches
  • The Patient Experience
  • Service Delivery and Organisation
  • Clinical Education at all levels

Students' work must be an UNDERGRADUATE student dissertation; at the time of the conference, you may either be still a student or newly qualified (no longer than 12 months).

If your submission is successful, you will be presenting in front of an audience of your peers and key stakeholders from the radiotherapy community. The event also includes:

  • Plenty of networking opportunities
  • A lively exhibition
  • The ever-popular gala dinner and disco

We look forward to receiving your abstracts, and to welcoming you to the conference.
