Members can also use the HCPC report feature to create a CPD profile between any time period using CPD Now.
As a radiography manager, you can use this for personal development reviews and appraisals to make sure your staff and consultant practitioners’ CPD is meeting professional and service delivery goals as well as their own personal CPD goals.
Reports can be easily printed out so you review and discuss collaboratively.
Over the next few months, improvements to CPD Now will allow you to plan CPD which will meet personal development review objectives, as well as record, reflect and evaluate evidence, so watch this space!
