Procurement and provider readiness have been identified as two key barriers to apprenticeship starts in the NHS.
The Health Education England Talent for Care Team are holding four regional events to discuss the issues and are inviting trust representatives, as well as universities and training providers, to attend and to offer them expert advice and guidance to help overcome the issues.
Dates and venues are:
12 November: Birmingham - Colmore Room, De Vere Colmore Gate, 6 Colmore Row, B3 2QD
13 November: London - Bloomsbury Room, Crowne Plaza, 1 Kings Cross Road, WC1X 9HX
28 November: Taunton - Paddock Gallery, Taunton Racecourse, TA3 7BL
5 December: Leeds - Plaza 3-6, Park Plaza, City Square, LS1 5NS
Spaces are limited to 100 per event. Please email to reserve a space, confirming which event you would like to attend and any dietary requirements. Attendance is limited to one per organisation initially but additional requests for places will be added to a waiting list.
