HCPC looking for new chair: Radiographers urged to apply

A new chair of council is to be appointed by the HCPCand both lay and registrant candidates are invited to put themselves forward.

The chair is the primary ambassador for the Health and Care Professions Council, representing the organisation at conferences, meetings and other events.

Monitoring the performance of the other council members and a close working relationship with the chief executive are part of the role. The council has oversight of the HCPC’s strategy, policy and operational objectives.

Candidates are being sought who have experience of providing strong non-executive leadership.

Closing date for applications is 19 November at 9am and interviews will be held on 13 December.
