Help support the development of ultrasound services

Published: 07 January 2016 Ezine

Ultrasound managers, superintendents and lead sonographers are needed to help support the development of ultrasound services.

Ruth Reeve, an MSc student at King’s College University, is asking for responses to a short survey which will help to define current practices and shape new guidelines around endometrial thickness measurement.

At present there is no agreement in England and no guidelines have been published by either the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists or the National Institute of Clinical Excellence on endometrial thickness measurement.

This research is vital for providing evidence to shape the new guidelines, which will impact departmental practice and patient pathways.

Click here to complete the questionnaire (it should take approximately 5 minutes).

The deadline for submissions is 1 February
