Launching national best practice guidelines for CT colonography

Published: 02 April 2019 Ezine

After the success of study days held last year, the CTC Radiographer Education Development Group are running two more. Both are free.

The first is on Saturday, 11 May at UCLH education centre, Euston Road, London NW1 2PG, followed by Saturday, 21 September at the trust headquarters and education centre, Pinderfields Hospital, Wakefield WF1 4DG.

Both events will share best practice in CTC protocols, materials and resources. Delegates will receive a copy of the best practice guidelines to take away. The courses are best suited to CTC service leads and GI/CT radiographers who are undertaking CTC within the bowel cancer screening programme, the NHS symptomatic service, and are also now open to private practice radiographers performing CTC.

The study days are CPD Now endorsed and are funded by Public Health England. Places are allocated on a first come first served basis. Click here to register.

Registration closes on 27 April for the 11 May 2019 London course, and successful candidates will be notified by 4 May.

Registration will close on 9 August for the 21 September 2019 Wakefield course, and successful candidates will be notified by 16 August.
