Our Managing under Pressure course is aimed at diagnostic and therapeutic radiographers who are new into a management role or have an interest in management as a career progression.

Delivered by members of our professional and industrial relations team, it is the only course tailored to meet issues specific to our profession.

This highly focused and interactive course will increase your confidence as a manager and professional lead and teach you the skills to deliver successful partnership working, to be better at managing change and dealing with complex situations and difficult behaviours, it offers practical hints and tips to allow you to conduct hearings and investigations with increased confidence.

You will explore professionalism and professional issues in radiography and radiotherapy and will leave the course with an increased understanding of making professional judgements in your role.

You will gain knowledge that will enable you to:
