Published: 24 April 2019 Ezine

NHS England and NHS Improvement have opened the National Imaging Data Collection 2018/19. This is the third collection and the team would like to thank those who have been involved and for their continued support.

The information is vitally important in supporting planning decisions and in the evaluation of the current workforce position within Imaging with the vision of improving patient care, safety and experience.

How to participate

There are two data collection templates and imaging staff can request access via the NHS Improvement Data Collection Portal (DCP). The portal includes links to the National Asset Register and the Workforce and Activity data collection templates.

To access the DCP, a registered NHS Improvement account (OKTA) is needed. New users will need to register for an account. Instructions on how to access the DCP, how to register for an account and how to request access to the data collection can be provided by emailing [email protected]

Also available by request through the same email address are supporting documents and webinars, which provide a detailed walkthrough of the templates, submission process and portal.

Deadlines approaching

National Asset Register Portal & Template: Submission window closes on 31 May.

Workforce & Activity Portal & Template: Submission window closes on 28 June.
