The Association of UK University Hospitals (AUKUH) has released new guidance designed to help healthcare providers develop and sustain clinical academic roles for AHPs.
The guide has been compiled by the AUKUH Clinical Academic Roles Development Group in co-operation with organisations from across the sector and contains practical information, case studies and templates.
The guidance aims to overcome the lack of resources that clinical academics have for expanding their existing programmes and help organisations who are starting out on a programme by providing a clear structure.
