Public Health England’s ‘Safer Radiotherapy’ newsletter, which provides detailed analysis of radiotherapy error reports (RTE), guest articles and other useful content triennially, has had a facelift.
The newsletter disseminates learning from RTE to radiotherapy professionals to positively influence local practice and improve patient safety.
The latest issue features a focus on RTE in the palliative pathway, featuring a case study from Helen Gregory, Macmillan Consultant Therapy Radiographer in Palliative Oncology at Peterborough City Hospital.
