Dr Paul Tallett, a highly regarded consultant radiologist at Tunbridge Wells Hospital in Kent, celebrated his retirement in June after a distinguished 33-year career.

Radiographers who have worked with Paul attended a party held in his honour.

Colleagues came from hospitals around the county including  Sevenoaks and The Nuffield and The Spires, both Tunbridge Wells.

Guests were treated to a special cake to mark the occasion (pictured below), made by Rebecca Sandys of Canterbury Christchurch University.

Paul graduated from Kings College London in 1976 and became a consultant in 1983.

Over the years, he specialised in ultrasound, vascular radiology and interventional ultrasound, as well as pursuing research interests in the validation of non-interventional vascular imaging, as well as PACS and radiology management.

Congratulations, Paul!
