Share your experiences of LGBT+ Networks via new online forum

To celebrate LGBT History Month in February 2018, LGBT+ Networks has launched a new online forum, which is part of a national research project funded by the Economic and Social Research Council and based at the University of York.

The forum is a place for NHS staff to discuss their views and experiences of LGBT+ staff networks within their own organisations and find out how others are working.

The forum is a great way to connect with NHS staff across the UK, creating a community of people interested in LGBT+ staff networks and focused on how to make them as inclusive and effective as possible.

It is also open to those who are not part of an LGBT+ staff network, to communicate their experiences and suggest what LGBT+ networks can do to increase their involvement.

LGBT+ Networks is a national research project investigating how LGBT employee networks operate within the NHS and explores how they can be mobilised as drivers to build more inclusive working environments.
