Submit proffered papers for 2019 Annual Radiotherapy Conference

Students can submit proffered papers for the 2019 Annual Radiotherapy Conference until the deadline of 3 September.

Submissions on the following topics are welcomed:

  • Innovative Radiotherapy
  • Accuracy and Safety
  • Effectiveness of Technical Approaches
  • The Patient Experience
  • Service Delivery and Organisation
  • Clinical Education at all levels

All proffered papers and posters must follow a set format and will be anonymously and independently assessed and marked by the Scientific Committee. Those with the highest marks will be selected for presentation.

Only abstracts submitted via the online form will be accepted.

Students' work must be a PRE-REGISTRATION student dissertation; at the time of the conference, you may either be still a student or newly qualified (no longer than 12 months).

Please note that in order to deliver a paper or display a poster (subject to acceptance by the Scientific Committee), authors must register to attend the conference. Posters must be up by the start of conference on Friday 25 January.

All accepted paper and poster abstracts will be published in the conference booklet and there will be prizes at the conference for the best proffered paper, best poster, best student proffered paper, and best student poster.
