The Society is working with the Royal College of Radiologists on revisions being proposed to four of the recommendations made in the recently published guidelines for The radiological investigation of suspected physical abuse in children in light of new evidence brought to the attention of the working party.
Revisions are being proposed on recommendations 4, 15, 18 and 44.
The RCR is co-ordinating the feedback. A practitioner with an interest in this area is asked to read the revisions and complete the feedback template.
Comments are not being taken on other parts of the document, which will remain the same until the next revision date.
The closing date for comments is Friday, 16 March.
