Twitter page to share patient experiences

A new Twitter account (@MyRadiography) has been set up by the Society and College of Radiographers (SCoR) to provide a platform for open and transparent dialogue about patient care.

The aim is to provide a voice for diagnostic and therapeutic radiography patients, their families and carers.

“Putting the patient is at the heart of what we do every day as radiographers,” said the Society’s professional officer, Lynda Johnson, who works with the CoR’s Patient Advisory Group.

“The new platform provides a forum for patients to share their experiences about diagnostic and therapeutic services to support each other and ensure their views are represented.”

Follow MyRadiographyon Twitter and encourage your patients to join in the conversation, too.
