A team of researchers at Sheffield Hallam University (SHU) are seeking participants for their study, looking into Why do radiographers leave NHS employment and how might they be incentivised to stay?

The project is being funded by Health Education England and the College of Radiographers

If you are a service manager, a radiographer who may be considering leaving NHS employment, or a radiographer who has recently left NHS employment/retired early then SHU would like to interview you to hear your perspectives on the subject.

Managers and radiographers are needed from a range of settings including diagnostic imaging departments, radiotherapy centres, ultrasound departments and breast screening units.

Interviews will be undertaken remotely using telephone or online conferencing so there is no need to travel.

The date and time can be agreed to suit your availability and will last approximately 30 minutes.

If you would like to participate then please contact either Professor Julie Nightingale (07584 538587) or Dr Robert Appleyard (07920 785103) for more information.
