Give your views on Standards of Proficiency consultation

The Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) wants the views of Society members on proposed changes to the Standards of Proficiency.
The standards, which set out what is considered necessary for safe and effective practice, describe what professionals must know, understand and be able to do at the time they apply to join the HCPC Register.
The proposed changes are to both the generic and profession-specific standards and all 15 professions regulated by the HCPC are being asked to comment.
The consultation questions, the proposed changes, and the background to the review are on the HCPC website.
The closing date is 30 October 2020.
