Complete the SoR pay survey by 10 June

Pay data from members will inform policy-making

The SoR is one of the organisations leading the ongoing NHS pay campaign, writes Dean Rogers, director of industrial strategy and member relations.
Evidence and data can be powerful tools to support our campaigning. We know that members face different pressures. By securing a clearer and deeper understanding of what members earn, we can make sure our arguments for better pay and reward are clear and have maximum impact.
We are, therefore, asking you to support the Society by completing a short pay survey. Your answers will give us a strong baseline understanding of members’ pay and how this is comprised across bands and geographical areas.
All members will receive an email with a unique link to the survey. The survey will be live from Thursday 20 May to Thursday 10 June.
The survey is entirely anonymous and confidential. No individual can or will be identified and we are interested in the collated information and not any individual responses.
Your answers will help us to develop even clearer evidence- based arguments to make the case for radiography to be fairly and properly recognised. It will also help to shape our future campaigning messages.
The survey should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete. It will take less time if you have access to your March 2021 (month 12) payslip. Thanks in anticipation of your response.
