On behalf of Cancer Research UK, the University of Kent are hosting a survey, Identifying and improving the capacity of health service staff to conduct research. Society members are encouraged to respond.
Information is being sought from anyone who is involved in leading, delivering or encouraging research.
Questions such as ‘What enables you to become more involved in clinical research?’ and ‘What drivers and incentives support your research activity and capacity?’ are being asked.
“We are interested in identifying what priority is given and how research engagement is supported by your organisation,” CR-UK said.
The surveyfindings will support Cancer Research UK to provide practical solutions to improve research activity in the NHS and it should take no more than 15 minutes to complete.
