As part of the SoR’s ongoing professionalism campaign the virtual session, taking place on Monday 9 November from 6.45pm to 8pm, will help members gain practical insights for their own professional development.
The Schwartz Round, a structured discussion offering a safe space for reflection, will focus on the theme of ‘finding my professional identity’.

What is a Schwartz Round?
A Schwartz Round is a facilitated discussion that provides radiography professionals with an opportunity to explore the human and emotional aspects of their work. It offers a safe space for reflection, helping participants to better understand themselves, their colleagues, and the profession they share.
What to expect?
The session will begin with three members of the radiography workforce sharing brief personal reflections related to the theme of “Finding my professional identity”.
Following their reflections, our trained facilitators will guide the conversation and invite other attendees to share their own perspectives and experiences.
