Designed to help visitors find information more quickly, KnowBot is an AI assistant that users can ask questions in plain language, and it will search website content to suggest relevant information and links.
During this trial, the SoR will be evaluating how useful KnowBot is for members. Your use of the tool will help us understand whether it improves access to information and where further improvements may be needed.
To try KnowBot, visit the SoR website and select the ‘Ask Me!’ button in the bottom right corner of your screen.
Please note that KnowBot provides automatically generated responses and these should be fact-checked against the source information provided.
