RADIATE: Wellbeing for Radiographers aims to recharge you after a burnout year

This wellbeing programme has been developed for imaging and radiotherapy professionals who are members of the SoR.

The RADIATE physical activity offering is designed to boost your mental health after a year of fatigue, stress and burnout are six sessions that include pilates, yoga and mindful self-care. 

With more workshops to be added, this is list of activities to get involved with now:

Yogic Relaxation for Deep Rest

The workshops will get you moving in a way that refreshes and revives your body and clears your mind. In the first workshop of the month find a place of inner peace as your breath guides your body into relaxation. 

Mindful Self-Care in Everyday Living

Learn four steps to maintaining a positive mindful attitude to everyday life no matter what it may throw at you.

Disco Yoga

Want a fun and uplifting yoga class that requires no yoga experience? Disco Yoga fuses fun and relaxation together.

Pilates at Your Desk: Move Better at Work

Want to know how to improve your posture and ease those aches and pains, sit or stand with Kerrie-Anne Bradley of Pilates at Your Desk.
