SoR members are invited to attend the 2026 Annual General Meeting, taking place next week.

The Society’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) is an opportunity for members to find out more about the inner workings of the organisation, to vote on key resolutions and to receive important updates.

Taking place on Tuesday, 28 April from 5.15 pm, the 2026 AGM will be held in person in London, but will also be streamed live for members wishing to attend virtually.

The agenda for this year’s meeting will include financial reporting and accounts, the reappointment of the SoR’s independent auditor and amendments to the SoR’s Articles of Association.

Attendees will have the opportunity to vote on resolutions, both in person and virtually.

Each year, the SoR’s AGM is organised to coincide with the Annual Delegates Conference, this year taking place at the Novotel London West in Hammersmith from 27-29 April. Its main purposes are to approve the SoR’s accounts and re-appoint the auditor. All SoR members are welcome to attend.

The AGM will take place immediately after the conclusion of the first day of motions at ADC.

The deadline for registration for the AGM is midday on 28 April. The deadline for attendance by proxy is 5.15 pm on 24 April.
