Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Society of Radiographers, adjourned from Monday, 27 April 2020, will be held on Friday, 25 September 2020, commencing at 4pm, for the following purposes:
- To note the minutes of the 2019 Annual General Meeting of the Society of Radiographers held on 11 June 2019
- To receive, consider and adopt the audited accounts for the year ended 30 September 2019, together with the reports of the Council and the Auditors
- To re-appoint Crowe UK LLP as Auditors and to authorise the Council to fix their remuneration
A member entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him/her.

Notes for AGM
- A member entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and on a poll to vote instead of him/herself. Any proxy must be a member of the Society
- The instrument appointing a proxy and any authority under which it is executed or notarially certified or office copy of such authority must be received by the registered office of the Company by 5pm 23 September 2020. For this meeting only, proxy forms can be obtained by email and will need to be returned to the same email address
- Admittance to the AGM will only be granted to those who can show evidence of current membership.
