The first edition of the new totally digital Synergy magazine is now live and available to all members of the SoR, featuring the professional lives of radiographers from across the UK.
This new version of Synergy replaces the print edition as the monthly membership magazine of the Society, and you can click here to view the May edition now.
This month's Profile interview features new Chair of the College of Radiographers Board of Trustees Dr Marcus Jackson, revealing his career journey from diagnostic radiographer to academic, and highlighting the work of the College in a series of specially filmed videos.
We check in on the first cohort of degree apprentices to qualify in diagnostic radiography at the University of Exeter, and hear from Senior Radiographer Chris Mayer how he is adapting his role to cope with a diagnosis of multiple sclerosis.
Meanwhile, reporting radiographer Leah Fenning describes her life-changing teaching and learning experience in Uganda with Health Education England, and we visit the University of Brighton to see their new simulation suite in action.
