The essential monthly publication for radiographers, providing news, features, profiles, and events

Published: 06 November 2023 SoR

The November edition of Synergy can now be accessed online for members of the Society of Radiographers. This month the society’s essential publication features professional interviews, the latest advice for radiographers, and keeps you up to date on the latest updates in the field.

This month, we profile Professor Ruth Strudwick, educator and editor of Imaging and Oncology, to find out about her mission for patient-focused care. We also speak to a veterinary radiographer, hear a CoRIPS success story, and learn about an international outreach programme supported by SoR.

Synergy, now published as an online magazine format, is available to all members of SoR and features the professional lives of radiographers from across the UK.

SoR members can take the plunge into a new digital experience to catch up with all the latest radiography news, views and feature articles.

In this edition:

  • News briefing: A quick catch-up on the latest UK radiography news, from new industrial action to the Patient-Centred Care Awards
  • People: Updates on our members with a monthly round-up of news, appointments and achievements, sent in by readers directly
  • Profile: Professor Ruth Strudwick
  • Professional: Haider Ali shares his experience of travelling to Mongolia, Shannon Johnson explains her CoRIPS research project, and Steven Edwards takes us through a day in the life of a vet radiographer.
