What are the barriers to interventional practice for sonographers?

Hamdi Mohamed, a sonographer at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, is carrying out a research project into the barriers to interventional practice for sonographers.

The project is part of Hamdi’s final year dissertation for her MSc in Medical Ultrasound.

Her study intends to investigate the varied practice amongst sonographers nationally in interventional practice, highlight the barriers and help find ways to overcome them.

This survey is only for sonographers who work in England and should take no longer than 15 minutes to complete.

All respondents will remain anonymous and any personal information will remain confidential.  

Responses to this survey are crucial, as the information collated will be useful to the whole profession and disseminated via the research findings.
