2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Members are warmly invited to attend the 2023 Society of Radiographers Annual General Meeting (AGM), taking place virtually on Tuesday 25 April 2023 at 6.00pm via Microsoft Teams.

AGM Agenda

The meeting has the following purposes:

• Receive and note the minutes of the SoR’s 17 May 2022 AGM

• Receive and consider the SoR’s consolidated accounts, independent auditor’s report and directors’ report (year end 30 September 2022)

• Reappoint Crowe UK LLP as independent Auditor of the SoR and authorise UK Council to determine the manner in which their fee is fixed

• Authorise the SoR to make political expenditure from the Company's political fund
