Activating Allyship

Join leadership coach Monique Carayol for a practical session on activating allyship, during Race Equality week (2^nd- 8^th February 2026).

Drawing on her NHS journey from administrator to boardroom - becoming the youngest and only Black director - Monique speaks openly about leading authentically, staying true to her values and cultural identity when being “the only one,” and the pivotal role of allies in her progression.

She will share practical insights on what works in building dynamic, diverse teams and creating genuinely inclusive cultures beyond tick-box approaches. Key themes covered will include:
