The conference is designed to support you at a key transition point in your journey, helping you prepare for your next steps from student or apprentice to newly qualified professional. The programme offers practical insight into professionalism, careers and employability, leadership, CPD, and inclusive practice, alongside guidance on how SoR membership and networks can support you beyond qualification.

Through these sessions and networking opportunities, you’ll gain the confidence, knowledge, and connections needed to take your next step into the profession.

Attendance and Travel

Attendance at this event is free, and travel expenses will be covered by the SoR. Please do not make any travel arrangements until your place has been confirmed. Further details will be provided once your application has been approved.
