EGM details
Notice is hereby given that an Extraordinary General Meeting of The Society of Radiographers will be held on Thursday, 19 November 2026, commencing at 18:00h (6:00pm) GMT.
This meeting will be chaired by the SoR President, Rachel Nolan.
The set of documents below will aid those attending the AGM.
Registration
Registration to attend the EGM online can be done via this link: SoR Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM)
Attendees are encouraged to register at least 24 hours in advance.
Proxy
Those unable to attend can register a proxy via the following link: EGM - Proxy form
Proxy forms have to be completed by 6pm on Tuesday 17 November 2026.
