We’ve seen the kindness, support and compassion you’ve shown others over the past year. We see how you’ve championed your colleagues. We’d like to ensure that you’re giving yourself the same things and to give you an opportunity to turn more of that kindness on yourselves.
We know that you’ve been forced to create new routines in order to stay as productive, positive and empowered as you can during these ever-changing times. We also know that you’re already aware of what new habits would help you specifically to better manage your physical and mental wellbeing. That’s why we’d like to give you The Kindness Method workshop, delivered by bestselling author and leading behavioural change specialist, Shahroo Izadi.
Over the course of one hour, Shahroo will demonstrate simple ways that you can create new behaviours of your choosing, ones that last.
All you need to do is bring a notepad and pen, as well as some idea of a change you’d like to make. Shahroo will guide you step by step to complete a series of written exercises designed to help you get going – and stay going. The beauty of her approach is that it’s based in self-kindness and the belief that treating ourselves the way we treat others is key to making lasting changes in our lives.
It’s time to turn your kindness on yourselves and use it to choose habits that ensure you’ll thrive during this next chapter. There won’t be any interaction during the session until a Q&A at the end, and you needn’t tell anyone else what habits you’re using the workshop to create. It’s an opportunity to carve out time just for you and let the coach do the heavy lifting by asking you the right questions, guiding you to draw out personal insight and helping you create a plan of action that can be implemented immediately.
It’s your turn.
Limited availability: we are running a second session on 21 April.
