Challenging unwanted behaviours in the workplace

This event is open to SoR students and new professionals (recent graduates and those who have qualified in the last two years). Please note, unless you meet the above criteria your registration will be refused.

Have you ever witnessed or experienced unfair or unwanted behaviours in the workplace? Would you know how to respond to these if you did?

Clinical placement can often be a demanding time in your studies, but it should also be an exciting, rewarding and safe place to develop your skills. Your learning experience is an important part of your radiography journey, so join us as we help you to identify and safely challenge discrimination, bullying and harassment.

Our panel will provide an overview of employee rights and policies surrounding unacceptable behaviours, and talk you through reporting pathways as well as the support available from your trade union. As always we will allow time for your questions and provide further signposting at the end of the session.
