Sitting at a desk tapping away on a keyboard, or standing for several hours a day can take its toll on our bodies. The resulting pains can impact staff attendance levels, morale and productivity.
We are delighted to welcome back Kerrie-Anne for a 12-month series of online workshops, each focusing on a different area of the body. Feedback from members who attend these sessions is always fantastic so we hope you’re able to join us and make an ongoing commitment to your wellbeing.

Please note, these are seated and standing movement workshops for all levels of Pilates practice and options for varying levels will be given, however the teacher cannot give individualised attention or control risks in your surrounding environment (obstacles, trip hazards, etc). No prior experience of Pilates is needed, however if you have any questions beforehand regarding your current health or suitability to participate, please contact Kerrie-Anne at [email protected].
